K Type Thermocouple Wire is a widely used thermoelectric alloy designed for accurate temperature measurement in demanding industrial environments. It consists of two dissimilar metal conductors — Nickel-Chromium (KP, positive) and Nickel-Aluminum (KN, negative) — which generate a temperature-dependent electromotive force (EMF) based on the Seebeck effect.
Featuring excellent oxidation resistance, stable thermoelectric properties, and reliable performance at elevated temperatures, K Type Thermocouple Wire is extensively used in the production of thermocouple sensors, temperature probes, and industrial temperature control equipment.
Our thermocouple wires are produced with carefully controlled alloy composition, precise dimensional tolerances, and consistent thermoelectric characteristics. Both bright and oxidized surface finishes are available to meet different processing and application requirements.
