Factory Direct TANKII Thermal Spray Wire — Metcoloy 2 / SS420 / 2Cr13

This is a 2Cr13 (AISI 420, SS420) martensitic stainless steel thermal spray wire, the direct equivalent of Metcoloy 2 and Metco 420. It is melted and drawn in our own plant, so you buy at factory price without trading margin. The wire is used mainly on twin wire arc spray (arc spray) systems for machine element repair, dimensional restoration and erosion resistant coatings.

Packing and quality

Each spool is precision layer wound, sealed in a vacuum aluminium bag with desiccant, then packed in an export carton and plywood case. Mill test certificate, composition report and diameter inspection record are supplied with every shipment. ISO 9001 quality system, SGS or third party inspection available on request.
